well?

So... what do you think? I was really starting to hate the last layout, so I put this one together today. (I still need to do some tweaking, of course.) The painting used in the header is called "A lifetime behind," and it's by one of my absolute favorite artists, Kurt Halsey. I don't want to overanalyze, so all I'll say is that the layout has to do with conflicting ideas/goals/wants. Yeah... 'nuff said.

A lot has happened since my last entry, but considering the time, I'll summarize. I made it through my freshman year of college (!) with a 4.0 gpa (!!). And I got a job at TJ Maxx and started working last Wednesday. I also performed in three end-of-the-year dance shows up at school - the senior synthesis concert (during which the seniors staged their final choreographic projects), the site specific tour (in which juniors presented works choreographed for all kinds of odd areas around campus. I was in two of these pieces: one in a willow tree and one in a swimming pool), and the ballet repertory showing (a set of four pieces choreographed by the ballet professor for sixteen students).

...That last sentence was really long.

Ummm... What else? Oh, I got tickets to go see the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows in concert in July! *dances around* Something to look forward to = hooray. :P

Well, I s'pose I should go to bed. I'm working again tomorrow at 11:15. I can't tell you how glad I am to be done with college for the year. Hopefully, the lack of stress will lead to more blogging? Seriously, I hate abandoning this site. Oh, and I'm thinking about changing the name of this site; I have a few ideas lined up. Any thoughts, suggestions?

I feel: content content
